Service Plans & Rates
Daily Option: The customer pays for each trip according to the applicable service fee schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays. A customized service package will be provided to the customer. There is no limit on the number of months that may be selected, provided that all monthly service fees and booked daily rides are paid in advance at the beginning of each month.

Monthly Option: This service is provided on a full-month basis. The monthly service fee is payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month and covers the entire month. Regular service is provided Monday through Friday on school days. Transportation requested on statutory holidays, school holidays, or school closure days may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
To terminate the service, the customer must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance, effective as of the first day of the following calendar month. If proper notice is not provided, the service will continue for the following month, and the applicable monthly service fee will remain payable. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once a service month has commenced, as service capacity is reserved exclusively for that month.

Annual Option: Similar to the Monthly Option, this service is available Monday through Friday on school days and covers the entire academic year. The monthly service fee is payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month. Transportation requested on statutory holidays, school holidays, or school closure days may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
If the service is cancelled before the end of the academic year, the customer shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the remaining contract value.
This option offers the most economical pricing and is available only for the academic year.

Notes & Conditions
- * Annual contracts are billed monthly.
- A 10% discount applies to the second sibling.
- Each block is approximately 130–180 meters.
- All prices are subject to an additional 5% tax.
- Distances above 42 blocks are calculated individually based on total distance.
- School and group transportation services are priced per vehicle and quoted upon request.
