1. Please send us your request for service by sending information about age, pickup and destination addresses by calling us at (604)396-6321, or sending a text message to this number or filling out the registration form
2. Your request will be assessed in 24 hours and, depending on the availability of service on that route, your request may be accepted or denied.
3. After your request is accepted and one of the daily, monthly or annual service packages is chosen, we will send you a contract which must be signed and returned.
4. After signing the contract, the precise pickup time and location along with driver’s name and other information, the car’s plate number will be sent to the driver. In case the driver is changed at any point, parents will be informed in advance.
